Sanket, originally from India, honed his skills across vibrant kitchens in cities like Mumbai, Lincoln, Manchester , and York, immersing himself in Italian, Mexican, contemporary British, French, and Indian cuisines. His journey brought him to York, where he discovered a new canvas to blend his native Indian cooking techniques with international flavours.
Jennifer, with her British roots, brings a love for classic Italian, British, and bakery traditions. Her culinary style reflects an uncompromising commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients. Inspired by Indian sweets and her mother-in-law's cherished besan ladoo recipe and her dads love for food., Jennifer's creations beautifully fuse the warmth of tradition with her own creative flair.
